Come Away With Me

The snow has melted, the temperature has risen and the flowers have started to bloom. As you get ready to complete the tedious task of putting away your winter clothes, you realize this is the least of your worries.Suddenly, you remember all the projects due at work/school, and begin to think about summer vacation and how fantastic it would be to whisk that special someone away to a tropical island. Before you know it, the time will come for you to board the plane or get on the cruise ship and make your way to your final destination. This place will contain all the perks of paradise: palm trees and white sand. Once you arrive, you know it's time to put on your bathing suit and relax with a fruit drink in your hand.Last but not least, you have to make sure you are vacationing in style. Besides, you have kept that body covered all winter and summer is the perfect time to unveil it. Here are a few chic suggestions....

2011 Swimsuit Trends
This summer metallics, sexy cut-outs, bright colors, bandeaus, and vintage swimsuits from the 50s, 60s and 70s are all the rave.

- Bandeaus are cute. There are no straps so for those of you who like to tan, I suggest you wear this style. This choice will prevent those nasty tan lines from appearing.
- Sexy Cut Outs are a great way to show off your figure. If you aren't a big fan of two pieces, a cut out will make you feel sexy and the plus is, you don't have to show a lot of skin.
- Vintage Swim suits will make you feel like you just stepped out of a time machine and arrived in the 50s, 60s or 70s. These suits contain bikini shorts and halter tops with cute detailing such as ruffles or bows.
- Bright Colors are in this spring. This applies to swim suits as well. Try neon colors.
- Metallics are edgy and look great in the sun light. As you play in the ocean, you will look amazing.
- Lingerie inspired swim wear incorporates lace and other delicate fabric into the design.
