Many of us have found ourselves making lists and checking them twice. Yes, it is that time of year again. You know, that time of year where you find yourself over indulging in foods. I might add, those office holiday parties sure don’t help. They just encourage us to eat more. Let’s not forget the seasonal foods that you find yourself making excuses to eat because you know once the holidays are over, you will not be able to get them again until next year this time. As I was saying, it is that time of year where you find yourself eating a little more, humming a little more and shopping a little more. Happy Thanksgiving everyone! This is a great time to think of all the things you are thankful for.There are so many sales going on and the Infamous Black Friday is almost here. Many stores will have a Black Friday Preview and open Thanksgiving Night. Do you you prefer going out to the stores to hunt for Black Friday deals or do you prefer shopping in the comfort of your own home?

Many cosmetic companies have released a holiday line. Such companies as MAC and Lancome have a holiday collection available. The colors in both collections are nice.
I personally always reach for deep colored lipstick and/or nail polish for the holidays. Gold nail polish is pretty festive as well.

Product Review: Mane 'n Tail

 I suffered from dry and damaged hair. As a result, several months ago I was on the hunt for a conditioner to restore health and shine to my hair. I stumbled upon Mane 'N Tail at my local drug store and decided to try it. The product has a creamy texture and a citrus scent. The scent is not overbearing. After using the product for a month, I realized my hair was a lot stronger than it was before I started using the product. The more I continued to use the product, the more my hair improved. My hair was thin and dry from all the damage it experienced. The product also restored moisture to my hair and my hair had a lot more body than it usually does. Overall I like Mane 'N Tail and recommend to any one with the same problems I once had. I plan to post a video about the product and discuss in more detail.

Get ready all you Maison Martin Margiela fans. The Fashion giant H&M will begin selling the items from its collaboration with Maison Martin Margiela  on November 15th, 2012.  The collection features long skirts, oversized coats, boyfriend jeans and dresses with asymmetrical hems.

Target is also known for its fabulous collaborations. Next month Target will debut the pieces from its collaboration with Neiman Marcus. I can't wait to see the clothing.

Autumn Vibes

First off, I want to extend my warmest sympathies to all those affected by Hurricane Sandy.As another breast cancer awareness month ends, I want to briefly discuss how great  it  is  to spread awareness about the disease and honor the survivors.

The noticeable change in the weather and scenery are the best indications that autumn is here. I absolutely love this time of year. I enjoy the smell of roasted pumpkin seeds, pumpkin flavored foods, the crackling sound coming from the fire place and warm apple cider. Before you know it, the holidays will be here.There are some things to look forward to this holiday season.I'll go into detail about that in another post. I'm especially looking forward to Christmas.

The dress fits true to size and the fabric is great quality. The only disadvantage of the dress is the fact that you have to step into it or pull it over your head. I wish it had a side zipper. Other than that, it is a great dress and would be a nice addition to any wardrobe.

Styles that are so hot, you will make the temperature rise

There are so many trends this spring, but the main trends seem to be high-low hems and pop of colors from neon to pastel. High-low/uneven hems can be found in dresses, skirts and even shirts. I provided 3 examples of the uneven hem below. The dress, skirt and shirt all have uneven hems. Colored denim is a great way to add color to your wardrobe. A bright colored blazer is also another way to add some color to your look. If all else fails, you can just wear some bright colored accessories.Add a pair of blue earrings or a neon belt to your look this spring until you are comfortable wearing colored denim or trying one of the other spring trends.

Flowers are blooming, the temperature is rising and birds are chirping. Spring is right around the corner. It's time to bring out the open-toe shoes and sandals, step outside and enjoy the sunshine. My favorites from the

selection below are the Jimmy Choo shoes and the Brian Atwood sandals with the fringe detail. The Brian Atwood sandals are a lovely shade of purple and would look great with a black dress.

Well, I created four looks to give you ideas of what to wear while you spend time with your loved one. Whether it is a casual event, a formal event or a semi-formal event, you can make sure you look your best. For the first look, I paired a bold top with a pair of pants. That same top can go with a fitted skirt. A bold top will turn a plain outfit into an adorable outfit. A bold top is also versatile, and will look great with a pair of pants or a skirt for a romantic date. A cocktail dress and a nice pair of pumps makeup the second look.A cocktail dress is a great choice for a Valentine's Day event. You can pick a simple cocktail dress and make your look more chic by adding accessories or pick a cocktail dress that stands out more. Pick a dress silhouette that you like if you decide to wear a dress. I know many people do not like the form-fitting cocktail dress.A formal dress is the third look. This dress will be great to wear to the opera or any other snazzy event your lover has planned. And remember, accessories can add life to any dull look.

Target also has several partnerships in the works with small businesses.Target will begin offering merchandise from the companies it partners with in Target stores. This will start in May 2012.

Target will also start carrying Apple products.

Suit Up

It's almost that time of year again. Yes, in due time you will be able to show some leg.Spring is slowing approaching. I was inspired to do this post after I saw singer Brandy wearing a short suit.
